Preview Upon Delivery
We offer a preview-upon-delivery service to allow customers to inspect their order before accepting and making payment. This process is conducted in person at the time of delivery and before any cash is collected.

During this preview, you have the right to check the product for size, color, quality, and any other relevant details.

If there is any issue, you may refuse to accept the item at that moment, and no payment will be required.

No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
Once the item is accepted and payment is made, all sales are final. This means:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed after the item is accepted at delivery.

Baseet does not accept returns for any reason including, but not limited to, change of mind, size issues, or dissatisfaction after acceptance.

Claims or complaints made after the delivery and payment process will not be eligible for resolution through return or refund.
